Project management is a complex process that combines all possible areas of knowledge required. The process begins during initiation, and a series of activities included in the detailed plan process for the project. Project Management continually compares the performance planning. Thus the performance comparison is carried out to define the requirements of all stakeholders, to work packages (WBS), time and changes in the critical path in Gantt-Pert and finish date of the project. Even incremental cost is analyzed in real time in front of the timeline (histogram resources and costs) and projecting cash flow consumed.
Parallel to the actions of the core project management, while taking constant corrective action gaps that the project team identifies, auxiliary plans are also controlled: integration and product proofing, procurement plan, production plan, quality plan, HR and personnel recruitment plan, communication plan, risk management plan and Integrated Logistics Support Service (ILS) plan.
The Project Plan is dynamic and varies according to the feedback obtained from the execution of project control. Gate Control as achievement verification per check lists in major milestones. Continuous control must also be made between milestones to prevent surprises.
e2eS provides full service management (entire program management) or partial (any work package according to customer requirements).
