Extensive experience in military and civilian systems with specialties in land, air and naval systems including surveillance systems and medical equipment.
Certified by INCOSE (International Organization for Systems Engineering) as an expert in systems engineering – ESEP (Expert System Engineering Professional), Israel’s only so far.
Served as Chief Engineer at Seraphim Optronics LTD. and as Chief Engineer for Testing & Evaluation at Plasan Sasa.
One of the founding members of the “Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering” at ORT Braude College of Engineering.
Meir holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and an M.Sc. and Ph.D in Systems Engineering from the Technion, Haifa, and many years of practical experience in system engineering. Danny RotterDanny Rotter

45 years of experience in the military and civilian industry in project management, systems engineering, development, integration, design transfer to manufacturing and delivery of advanced systems that include a number of innovative technologies, production and supply chain management at Rafael, IMI, and at civilian companies.
Expert with extensive experience in all elements of professional management: processes, operational and financial management, human resources, quality assurance, production, and systems maintenance in large quantities. In addition, experience in supply chains management, specifically in unit purchase that requires large financial, inventory and logistics management.
Danny excelled in many positions. He served as Supply Chain Manager at I.M.I. (2011-2013), Vice President Supply Chain at P.C.B Technologies Ltd. (2008 -2010), Supply Chain Manager at Rafael leading division (1999-2008), Project Manager at Rafael (1992-1999), and Systems Engineer and Chief Staff of production and maintenances line at Rafael (1992-1985).
Danny holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Haifa, Israel. He is a Certified Procurement Manager – CPM, certified by the Organization of Purchasing and Logistics in Israel. Successfully graduated numerous courses and supplementary training for procurement, logistics, and management of quality assurance and focus for excellence. Engaged in Project Management, Manufacturing Systems Management, Financial Statement Analysis, and qualification of Directors, and Senior Officers of Corporations in government companies. Served as an expert in process improvement in enterprises, and participated in the Technion’s MOVING-UP Program workshops to promote industry innovation.


Shimshon Arueti Ph.DShimshon Arueti Ph.D

Dr. Shimshon Arueti is an experienced and appreciated expert in the field of system safety, mainly in integration of safety in system design and analysis of complex systems in order to achieve optimal level of safety in view of requirements and risk.
Shimshon Graduated the Technion in Electrical Engineering has a Master’s degree (from Ben-Gurion University) and a PhD (from UCLA) in Nuclear Engineering, focusing on system safety. During his academic studies and professional life, Shimshon is the author of many publications, most of which are professional reports. In addition, his publication include about 30 conference and journal papers and participation as co-author in the book “The Language of Quality” published in 1995.
Since 1980, Shimshon is employed in the areas of safety analysis and design for safety for complex systems such as nuclear and fossil power plants, space vehicles, and weapon systems in the USA and in Israel. For approximately 20 years (until his retirement in 2015) was the leader of safety analysis and design for safety in Rafael’s Center for System Reliability and Safety. Lectured in the Technion courses for probabilistic safety analysis, manages a few workshops on that subject and continues to lecture for Occupational Safety and Hygiene and for The Israeli Users’ Association of Advanced Technologies in Hi-Tec Integrated Systems (ILTAM/INCOSE).
Shimshon’s occupational history includes: Engineer at the Israeli Electrical Corporation (1973-1977); Head of Section at the Power Plant Division of the Israeli AEC (1975-1984); Consultant for PLG inc. In Newport Beach, CA. (1984-1988); Engineer, Analyst and Project Leader at ACTA Inc., Torrance, CA. (1988-1990); Researcher (Post Doc.) at UCLA (1989-1990); and leader of the safety analysis field in Rafael’s Center for System Reliability and Safety (1990-2015).
Shimshon’s Major Professional Activities are: Safety analyses for power plants, space systems, weapon systems, industrial plants; system safety engineering; safety infrastructure activities, including research, writing of procedures and handbooks, training for safety activities; tutoring in various forums, such as: academy courses, professional courses, conferences, advising MSc Students for their degree.
Since his retirement in 2015, Shimshon continues in his broad activity as a consultant, analyzer, developer and teacher.
