The initiation document is the basis for planning future implementations of the project and a detailed base for the preparation of the proposal. The initiation document writing includes: product definition, definition of work required for development, production, assimilation and use, defining the relevant stakeholders for the product and project, identifying the major risks, a financial analysis required as a basis for preparing the proposal and analyzing the time plan as a reliance on resources and risks.
The initiation document is important at ensuring maximum correlation between planning and implementation. A logical sequence of activities is the key in creating this correlation, from the preparation of the proposal, through the signing of the contract to the effective management of the project.
e2eS offers clients a holistic approach, as is called “end to end systems” which takes into account all the constraints, that can be analyzed already when preparing the proposal and initiation document.
